I have been a property manager with ALPS since 2005. Native Austinite and alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in economics in 2007. I am dedicated to providing excellent client and customer service. I seek education from the National Association of Residential Property Managers and network with colleagues for new ideas.
When not managing properties I enjoy being with my daughter and friends, taking advantage of the many wonderful things to do in cental Texas and working on my first home.

I joined the ALPS staff in 2007. I earned a B.A. in Jazz Composition as well as a M.M. in Jazz Theory from the University of Texas in Austin. Before entering the real estate world three years ago, I had over 20 years of various management experience in retail sales, software operations and development, local government division head, as well as full time ministry as a worship director. Attention to details as well as compassion in dealing personally with clients brings a unique strength for property management. By persistently pursuing a Win-Win outcome for owners and tenants, a proven track record of success as a property manager has been created that builds on relationships with property owners.
I have been married to my one and only wife, Carole, since 1983 and now take pleasure in the joy of our grandson being an integral part of our lives.
I have been a member of the ALPS team since October of 1986. My duties include database entry for all new clients and tenants, security deposit entry, coordination of the Home Warranty tracking, ACH and statement production, close out of clients among other activities to assist the Director of Property Management.
My goal for work is to be able to answer any questions that our tenants and clients might have and to assist in any service they may need.
My husband and I have 5 children between the two of us so we stay very busy with them and our four-legged friends. We enjoy dancing, listening to music and having cook-outs.
I joined the ALPS team August 24, 2010. My title is Accounts Coordinator. I have had over 15 years experience in property management. I am responsible for the posting of rents, coordinating accounts payable and rec3eivable and system administration. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and attending my son's sports and school activities. I also enjoy coking, baking, sports and anything outdoors.
I have worked at ALPS since September of 2005. I have a B.A. in English from The University of Houston. My title is Leasing and Management Coordinator, and my duties include coordinating and processing lease applications, posting online advertisements for vacant properties, and assisting property managers. My goal is to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our business and to offer the most satisfying service possible to anyone who works with ALPS. In my spare time, I enjoy live music, watching movies, and spending time outdoors with my dog.
I have been with ALPS since October of 2002. My duties include assisting the Director and Assistant Director of Property Manager with their duties. I enjoy working with new builders as well as ensuring tenants’ satisfaction with their home.
My hobbies include: football, baseball, music, guitar, and sketching.
My name is Kelly Meyer and I joined the ALPS team in April 2008. I enjoy being part of the ALPS team.
I assist the Accounts Coordinator in managing the system databases, collection tracking, security deposit returns and various other functions to assure the efficient performance of the accounting department.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family doing anything outdoors.
I have been a part of the ALPS team since July, 2009.
I have an A.S. degree in Business from Coastal Bend College. My title is Office Administrator and my duties include greeting clients, answering and directing calls, distributing mail, preparing tenant packets and assisting with all other office duties that arise.
In my spare time I enjoy photography and scrapbooking, going to music concerts, spending time with my friends and family and always finding new and exciting things to do.
I have provided services for ALPS for several years by doing their property surveys under Austin Residential Survey. I have many years of experience in renovation and repair. I am now on the staff as the Maintenance Coordinator.
I look forward to overseeing efficient service for our clients and residents.
In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors and gardening.
